Off-Season Ski Workout Plan
Winter is here!!! AoS Fitness will get you ready the upcoming season with work outs you can do anywhere, anytime.
In this fitness course by Academy of Skiing (AOS) and CORE, we'll make the most of the off-season and prepare to hit the slopes again. After this great season, if you skied, you probably realized how athletic you have to be to make the most out of your time on the hill, especially in powder.
Join me, Scot Chrisman, and special guest Ginny Turner of Core for an off-season workout plan that will get you in shape this summer to crush it next season. Ginny is a fitness expert, entrepreneur, and all-around badass when it comes to athleticism and mindset.

Our workout plan will help you:
- understand functional fitness

Although there's no substitute to skiing, this workout is the best way to keep in shape for skiing during the off season.
This course is designed to meet you at your level of fitness with 24 work outs 8 beginner, 8 intermediate and 8 advanced. For each level we have 4 types of work outs and 2 different work outs per type.
We've designed these work outs to for you to be able to perform them from the comfort of your own home, in a gym or out in nature.
So whether you're a busy business professional or you've just moved to the mountains and don't have access to a gym there's no excuses.
The four sections we will be focusing on are:
- Tabata (HIIT)
- High Volume Interval Training (HVIT)
- Core & Upper Body
- Leg Strength & Power

Scot has spent his life pursuing skiing and learning the ins and outs of racing, park, and big mountain.
